How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of purchase. If there are any issues with this, we will communicate with you immediately.  Delivery times from this point is dependant on your location and the postal service.

How much is domestic shipping?
We dispatch from Melbourne with a delivery fee of: $10.00 for a single item.
Additional items increase the price to $15.00 flat.

What are the delivery times to my city?
Melbourne 2-3 business days
Sydney 2- 3 business days
Brisbane 2-3 business days
Perth 4- 5 business days
Adelaide 2- 3 business days
Hobart 2- 3 business days
All other areas 7-10 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Internationally.  Orders are sourced and dispatched nationwide using Australia post. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, with shipping estimated between 5-10 days depending on your location and the postal service.

Do I need to pay tax at the time of purchase, if I am shipping internationally?
All products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check these customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia. Posy does not offer any assistance in this process.

How do I track my order?
To track your orders please login to your account or check your shipping email and visit the website of www.auspost.com.au

What if I am not home when my delivery arrives?
Posy recommends that you provide a secure delivery address, such as your place of employment. We are not responsible for stolen parcels.

How do I care for my posy robe?

Posy uses only the highest quality fabrics. However, due to their delicate nature, garment care instructions must be followed.
Care instructions are provided on the inside of each garment as per the following.

cool machine wash separately
do not tumble dry
do not dry clean
do not wring
dry flat in shade
cool iron only

What are the sizes?

Posy currently offers two sizing options. We suggest to size up if you are in between sizing or perfer a more relaxed look.

Size 1:
Best suited to Australian size 6-10
1/2 chest (2cm below arm hole) 57cm
Length: 91cm
Size 2:
Best suited to Australian size 10 – 14
1/2 chest (2cm below arm hole) 60cm
Length: 93cm

Do you have maternity robes?

Posy robes are perfect for mums and mum’s to be. Please speak to us about sizing options.

Do you customise colours or sizes of the robes?
Yes, we can! If you have a size or colour in mind, please talk to us about custom orders. We would love to help make your day as perfect as can be.

We can also add monograms to the back of the robes upon request.

What colours do you offer?
Our beautiful robes are constantly changing based on seasons and popularity. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

I noticed the option to pre-order robes. What is this?
Pre-order is for items that have not arrived at our head quarters, but are on the way and are available for you to purchase now.
We will post the item(s) to you as soon as it arrives and when possible, we will advise you of the estimated delivery date.

Can I return or exchange my robe?
Please ensure you chose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Exchange is permitted within 7 days with proof of purchase. Please note, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and the tags still attached.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind. However we will replace any item(s) that are damaged or faulty upon receiving them. If this event should occur, please return the item along with your postal receipt to 106/357 Glenmore Road Paddington, NSW, 2021 Australia and we will replace your item and refund the postage costs.
